1) Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing and building clientele ranging from individuals to corporate which includes both MNC’s and Regional.
  • Preparing monthly vehicle forecast management and monthly order volume analysis by order evaluation and feedback from clients.
  • Successful execution of annual budget plan through effective marketing, sales and operations.
  • Meeting sales target, preparing client portfolio, helping debt collector in credit collections and coordinating with employees from internal team.
  • Manage and resolve the customer queries and complaints.
  • Supporting the internal teams like limousine, rent a car & buses for sales activities.
  • Achieving quarterly sales target set by the management.
  • Work as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Each jobholder has the following individual responsibility in respect of the company’s OHS/HSE Management System & Policies.
  • Identifying potential problems, near misses relating to Health and Safety in the delivery of services.
  • Informing their direct supervisor as soon as possible to ensure that the appropriate corrective action is taken.
  • Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy condition to his line manager.
  • Identifying opportunities to make a job safer, improve protection of environment or enable a task to be performed more efficiently.
  • Immediately report any incident that could affect the health, or which has caused or can cause an injury.
  • To be medically fit and reporting any illnesses.
  • Successful completion of mandatory trainings (DDT, First Aid, Fire Fighting or any other specific for the contract)
  • Participating in internal trainings & Toolbox Talks.
  • Practicing Good Housekeeping in the workplace to avoid slip & Trip Hazards.

Minimum Requirement (Education / Knowledge, Skills and Experience)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales. Experience in similar industry preferred.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office and effective communication skills in English. Bilingual preferred.

2) Store Supervisor (Auto Spare Parts)

Job Description:

  • Direct supervision of all staff in stores department.
  • Ensure that the quality and quantity of items purchased are as per purchase order.
  • Ensure that the received items are entered in stock immediately on acceptance.
  • Undertake monthly planning for the procurement of regular parts to ensure ready stock available for immediate repairs.
  • Process the parts requests instantly to ensure that vehicles wait time for parts is reduced to minimum.
  • Avoid obsolete stocks by exercising proper control on stocks.
  • Ensure that old parts are collected before issuing new parts and keep the scraps in safe custody for disposal as per company policy.
  • Ensure that unauthorized persons are not permitted in stores and stocks are kept in safe custody.
  • Keep the store records up to date and the physical stocks are always in tally with the system stocks.
  • Maintain supplier database to support purchasing department in procuring the items in the best possible price and time.
  • Regular coordination with the workshop department for the smooth functioning of parts issue and effective control on maintenance cost.
  • Perform any other related duties directed by the line manager.
  • Manager/Supervisor has but not limited to following responsibilities in respect of the company’s OHS/HSE Management System & Policies.
  • Communicating the Health and Safety Policies and Procedures to the employees under his jurisdiction or supervision.
  • Attending in HSE Team meetings, Inspections, Audits, Campaigns etc.
  • Coordinating and supporting HSE division to identify specific training needs of employees and organizing internal & external training.
  • Deliver Tool Box Talks to enhance HSE awareness of employees.
  • Take lead in emergency & crisis management and in emergency drills.
  • Identify health & Safety Objectives for the division, monitor progress and achieve them for continual improvement of the system.
  • Participate in incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identifying opportunities to make a job safe improve protection of environment or enable a task to be performed more efficiently.
  • Undergoing trainings as defined in the training matrices..
  • Practicing Good Housekeeping in the work place to avoid slip & Trip Hazards.
  • Wearing Seat Belts during travelling in vehicles.
  • Minimizing fire and health hazards associated with tobacco smoking.
  • Lead by example by following company policies and procedures.
  • Providing operational Induction to Employees.
  • Ensuring mandatory/contractual trainings provided to employees before deployment.
  • Conduct Tool Box Talks to Employees
  • Legal and contractual compliance of employees.
  • Daily monitoring of violations to ensure driving performance and corrective actions.
  • Submission of monthly HSE statistics.
  • Communicate with Workshop Controller, Store Assistants, Finance and Procurement team

Minimum Requirement (Education / Knowledge, Skills and Experience)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in spare parts storage administration activities preferably in transportation field.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office skills and effective communication skills in English.

3) Marketing Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Job Description:

  • Design and co-ordinate regular electronic mailout initiatives
  • Prepare marketing statistics and assessing the results of marketing campaigns
  • Draft promotional material and liaise with the designer and printers for production
  • Achieve sign off of all marketing materials via Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Manage the marketing database and email distribution list including new subscriptions, opt-outs and bounce backs
  • Develop and maximize internet presence, improving search rankings &visibility
  • Constant monitoring and liaising with external websites regarding listings
  • Editing and producing all internal venue collateral, eg menus, table signs, etc
  • Research audiences and identify companies within different target markets as agreed with the Comms Manager – arrange introductions or offers
  • Regularly review social media impact and engagement through analytics.
  • Head social meeting to improve and assess content.
  • Effectively manage blog and monitor relationship with Bounce website
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager.
  • Undertake any reasonable request made by the Company.

  • A marketing qualification
