Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or fine dining (Michelin/star-level is a plus)
• Expertise in Italian, French, or Mediterranean service style
• Strong leadership presence, mentoring junior team members
• Multilingual: English essential; Italian, Russian, French, Arabic, or Chinese are highly desirable
