Job Requirements
To be considered for these positions, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are preferred.
- Good knowledge of maintenance, repair, and site operations.
- Candidates applying for driving-related roles should possess a valid driving license where required.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Immediate joiners may receive preference depending on project requirements.
Estimated Basic Salary
The company has not officially announced salary details. However, based on similar roles in the UAE market, candidates may expect approximately:
- Civil Engineer (With Driving License): AED 4,000 – 9,000 per month
- HVAC Technician cum Driver: AED 2,500 – 5,500 per month
- Multi Technician cum Driver: AED 2,000 – 5,000 per month
- Carpenter cum Painter: AED 1,500 – 3,000 per month
- Plumber: AED 1,500 – 2,000 per month
