Eligibility Requirements
Candidates applying for these positions should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in Infrastructure and Road Work.
- Relevant educational qualifications or technical certifications.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and project execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under project deadlines.
- Good coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected candidates may be responsible for:
Project Manager (Civil)
- Lead infrastructure and road construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Project Engineer (Civil)
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
QA/QC Engineer (Civil)
- Conduct quality inspections and material verification.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain quality requirements.
Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Prepare project cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project costs and budget control.
- Evaluate subcontractor payments and variations.
- Assist with tender and contract documentation.
Land Surveyor
- Carry out site surveys and measurements.
- Establish project benchmarks and layouts.
- Verify construction alignments and elevations.
- Prepare survey reports and drawings.
Civil Foreman & Precast Foreman
- Supervise construction teams and daily site operations.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
