- Requirements:
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the office, office equipment/ furniture and kitchen Making and serving tea and coffee to staff, managers and guests of the company Monitoring the use of supplies within the office. - Supply or replenish stationary to staff or to printers and change printer cartridges Assist in the conference room to set up the things needed Filing documents as per requirement Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
- Photocopying/scanning/fax machine operation.
Delivering faxes and transmitting them Laminating and binding documents as per the requests. - Helping the sales team in performing their duties and assist managers and senior management in the office when required.
Salary Range: 1,500-2,000 AED
