 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 3–6 years’ experience (UAE/GCC preferred); strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quantity take-off, and cost-control support; proficiency in AutoCAD and
• MS Office (MS Project/Primavera exposure is a plus); familiarity with local authority standards and safety practices.
• Diploma/ITI or equivalent; 5+ years’ civil foreman experience; ability to read drawings and deliver targets on schedule; good communication and record-keeping.
• Diploma/ITI; 5+ years in MEP supervision; strong understanding of MEP drawings, standards, and safety procedures; experience with troubleshooting and snag clearance.
• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) with 3–5 years’ site HSE experience; knowledge of UAE regulations and construction best practices; strong reporting and training skills.
• 3+ years in construction stores; ERP/Excel proficiency; accuracy in documentation and cycle counts.
