1. Heavy Duty Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve 100% first-time delivery success with zero complaints.
• Maximize deliveries per truck (quantity & value) to meet benchmarks.
• Optimize utilization of delivery resources (teams and vehicles).
• Verify stock against documents before loading to avoid discrepancies.
• Report any delivery issues promptly for resolution.
• Handle GRV and sales returns accurately with proper documentation.
• Return excess or interchanged stock on time.
• Maintain courteous behavior with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and vehicle cleanliness.
• Communicate delivery concerns with supervisors and sales team.
• Ensure delivery closure within 24 hours by submitting Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Use delivery resources (vehicles, trolleys, etc.) responsibly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Grade Pass (must read and write in English).
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (10 Ton / Trailer).
• Physically strong and familiar with UAE traffic laws and routes.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
