Requirements
Facilities Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management or Plant Engineering.
- Knowledge of building automation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- CFM, PMP, OSHA, or similar certifications are an advantage.
AC Technician & Plumber
- Valid ITI Certificate.
- 3–5 years of experience working in high-rise towers in Dubai.
- Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Painter
- Minimum 10th Grade qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal and external wall painting.
- Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa candidates only.
Male Security Guards
- Valid SIRA Certificate.
- Good communication and knowledge of security procedures.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Immediate joiners and Cancelled Visa candidates preferred.
- Bring SIRA Certificate, Passport Copy, and Visit Visa/Visa Cancellation Copy.
