What You’ll Do
- Manage or support end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea (import/export/cross-trade), and roa
- Drive new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships
- Prepare, review, and support competitive quotations with margin and feasibility focus
- Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and documentation teams for smooth execution
- Ensure accurate shipment handling, documentation, billing inputs, and service delivery
- Work with carriers and vendors to secure space and service reliability
- Handle customer and operational escalations with accountability
- Follow SOPs, compliance standards, and credit controls
- Track performance through KPIs, pipelines, and reviews
