Job Position
- Customer Care Representative
- Arabic / Other Nationalities (Visit Visa)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies and customer affordability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve escalated cases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems experience preferred).
