1) HR EXECUTIVE

• Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferably in interiors/fit-out or construction).
  The Role:
• Full cycle recruitment & onboarding.
• Maintaining employee documentation & HR records.
• Managing attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
•  Supporting performance management and employee engagement.
• Requirements: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

2) PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

• Experience: 2–3 years (interiors/fit-out background preferred).
  The Role:
• Vendor sourcing and strategic negotiations.
• Comparing quotations and issuing LPOs.
• Coordinating closely with site and project teams.
• Ensuring timely material delivery and strict cost control.
• Requirements: Organized, proactive, and understands the pace of the interiors industry.

3) ESTIMATOR – JOINERY

• Experience: 4+ years in interiors/fit-out.
• The Role:
• Preparing BOQs and detailed cost estimations.
• Conducting quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Managing supplier pricing and cost coordination.
• Ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials and production processes.

4) ESTIMATOR – FIT-OUT

• Experience: 4+ years in interiors/fit-out.
• The Role:
• Preparing BOQs and detailed cost estimations.
• Conducting quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Handling accurate and timely tender submissions.
• Requirements: Deep knowledge of fit-out materials, execution processes, and current market rates.
