1) Public Relations Officer (PRO)

• Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Hands-on experience dealing with JAFZA, Trakhees, and Dubai Civil Defence
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, visa processing, and licensing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Must Have JAFZA work experience.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all government-related documentation (visas, labor cards, permits, NOC’s etc.)
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure timely approvals and compliance
• Manage trade license renewals, immigration processes and regulatory submissions
• Support company compliance with UAE laws and JAFZA regulations.

2) HR Officer

• Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR experience in large-scale organizations within Dubai.
• Strong background in recruitment, onboarding and employee training.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, onboarding).
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR policy implementation.

3) Project Operation Engineer (Manufacturing – Mechanical Engineer)

• Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing Factory environment.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• JAFZA work experience will be a plus point.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle from kick-off to final delivery.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with production teams to align manufacturing plans with timelines.
• Monitor fabrication, assembly and testing progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
