Experience Requirements

Candidates should meet the following experience criteria:

• Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS): Minimum 6 years of relevant hotel sales experience.
• Sales Manager: Minimum 5 years of hospitality sales experience.
• Assistant Sales Manager: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Sales Executive: Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience.

Applicants with a strong network within the UAE hospitality market and a successful track record in achieving sales targets will be highly preferred.
