1. Graphic Designer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing and branding materials across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design brochures, presentations, property fact sheets, and marketing collateral.
• Create engaging social media graphics and digital advertising creatives.
• Develop outdoor advertising materials, banners, flags, and event branding assets.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Build reusable templates for brochures, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and ready for production.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files for various platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to complete projects on time.
• Organize project files and maintain proper version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct design errors.
• Advanced proficiency in:
