Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Project Manager: Minimum 8+ years of experience managing aluminium, glass, or façade projects with strong leadership and project coordination skills.
- QA/QC Engineer: Experience in quality assurance, inspections, compliance monitoring, and project quality control processes.
- Project Engineer: Experience in site execution, project coordination, technical documentation, and construction management.
- Safety Officer: Knowledge of UAE safety regulations, risk assessment procedures, and construction site safety practices.
- Foreman: Experience supervising site activities, workforce management, and daily construction operations.
- Site Supervisor: Proven ability to oversee project execution, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project schedules.
- Façade Estimator: Experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender preparation, and façade project pricing.
General Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Aluminium & Glass / Façade industry.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the position applied for.
- Experience working on large-scale façade, aluminium, and glass projects.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and meet deadlines.
