1. Full Stack Developer (Systems Support)
Experience Required: 1–3 years
BridgeWay Firm is looking for a developer who can maintain live web applications, troubleshoot issues and support the company’s digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, backups and data security.
- Support integrations involving email, WhatsApp, advertising and calling services.
- Develop new features, fix bugs and improve system functionality.
- Manage code changes using Git and version control.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience building or maintaining live web applications.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Experience Preference: Medical office experience preferred
The Scheduler position focuses on appointment coordination and administrative support. The successful candidate will communicate with patients and healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate scheduling and patient records.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-ups.

- Design and architect end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into technical strategies.
- Work with large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure and production systems.
- Develop scalable, secure and reliable AI architectures.
- Guide teams and stakeholders through AI adoption and implementation.
- Explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, AI, cloud, data or backend infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with production AI/GenAI systems.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
