Your Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting strategic business decisions by:
- Analyzing A/B testing campaigns from planning through business recommendations.
- Mapping customer journeys across devices and marketing channels.
- Identifying user behavior patterns, conversion bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
- Building and maintaining data pipelines using Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery.
- Creating structured testing hypotheses and defining measurable success criteria.
- Using SQL, Python, and AI-powered workflows to automate and improve analysis.
- Collaborating with marketing, UX, finance, development, and customer support teams.
- Presenting clear, actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, CRO, Experimentation, or Business Analytics.
- Previous experience within e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or high-traffic digital businesses.
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, window functions, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
- Working knowledge of Python or R for automation and statistical analysis.
- Practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience combining advertising platform data (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with website analytics.
- Ability to independently collect and analyze data from multiple data sources.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
- BigQuery or AWS data warehouse experience.
- Data modeling and scheduled query management.
- Experience using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Knowledge of FullStory, Hotjar, or other user behavior analytics platforms.
- Experience with API integrations and large-scale data environments.
