Candidate Requirements

The vacancies are aimed at experienced workers and supervisors, with requirements varying according to the trade and level of responsibility.

• Foreman positions: Diploma, ITI or High School qualification may be required, along with approximately 8–10 years of oil & gas experience.
• Scaffolding Supervisor: Relevant diploma, around 10–12 years of scaffolding experience, supervisory exposure and the required certifications.
• Supervisor roles: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, depending on the position.
• Job Performer positions: Candidates should have a WMS username and password together with ADNOC approval.
• Applicants should have experience relevant to the position they wish to pursue.

Experience That Can Matter

Several vacancies require substantial industry exposure, particularly at the supervisory and foreman level. Candidates coming from oil & gas projects, industrial facilities, fabrication, construction and maintenance environments should compare their background with the requirements for the relevant position.

For senior positions, qualifications alone may not be sufficient because the recruitment notice places emphasis on hands-on experience and role-specific expertise.

ADNOC-Related Eligibility

Candidates applying for the Job Performer Civil/E&I or Job Performer Mechanical vacancies should pay particular attention to the stated requirement for WMS credentials and ADNOC approval.
