MBK Security Services Walk-In Interview
If you’re an experienced Hotel Security Guard looking for a new opportunity in Dubai, MBK Security Services is conducting a Walk-In Interview for qualified candidates. This recruitment drive is specifically for professionals with hotel security experience and a valid SIRA certification who are ready to join immediately.
Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements are encouraged to attend the interview with the necessary documents.
Position Available
- Security Guard (Hotel Experience Required)
- Security Supervisor
- CCTV Operator
- Traffic Controller / Traffic Marshal
- Female Traffic Marshal
Walk-in Interview Requirements :
- Valid SIRA License/Certificate (mandatory for Security Guard and CCTV Operator roles)
- Previous hotel security experience (for hotel security positions)
- Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa holders preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Physically fit with a professional appearance
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Monitoring hotel premises and ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and visitors.
- Controlling access points and verifying authorized entry.
- Conducting routine patrols and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Responding promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
- Assisting guests professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Preparing daily incident reports and maintaining security records.
- Following all hotel security procedures and SIRA regulations.
Estimated Salary (AED)
Expected monthly salary package:
- Hotel Security Guard: AED 2,500 – 3,500
Additional earnings may vary depending on overtime, duty schedules, and company policy.
