Available Position
- Van Salesman – Fresh Division
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling ready-to-cook products while developing the company’s customer base across the assigned market.
This is a field-based sales position, so applicants should be comfortable travelling to customers, handling sales targets and maintaining regular business relationships.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory
- Previous Van Salesman experience in FMCG or Fresh Division is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam language skills will be an added advantage
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal abilities
- Physically fit for field sales activities
- Comfortable working toward daily and weekly sales targets
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a range of sales and distribution duties, including:
- Promote and sell Fresh Division products
- Develop new customer accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals
- Increase market coverage
- Monitor product displays and stock availability
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
- Deliver products on time
- Handle company products carefully during transportation and delivery
