Facilities Engineer

• Manage site operations, maintenance, and technical performance
• Oversee MEP systems and conduct troubleshooting
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years of FM experience
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Housekeeping Supervisor (HK Supervisor

• Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations
• Conduct inspections to maintain hygiene and quality standards
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks
• Manage housekeeping stock and supplies

Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

• Lead housekeeping operations across multiple areas/sites
• Oversee team performance and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports and manage resources effectively
• Train and mentor housekeeping team members
• 4–6 years of housekeeping experience (minimum 2 years in a senior role)
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Facilities Management (FM) Admin

• Handle administrative tasks related to FM operations
• Maintain records, service reports, AMC files, and asset logs
• Coordinate between engineering/housekeeping teams and clients
• Assist in preparing quotations, schedules, and job orders
• Manage documentation, email communication, and data entry
• Proven experience in FM administration or coordination
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
