Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of FM experience in Dubai
- Valid UAE manual driving licence is mandatory
- Immediate joiners required
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- HVAC qualification/certification preferred
- Good knowledge of MEP maintenance, site operations and reporting
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Interested candidates are invited to attend the walk-in interview with an updated CV and relevant documents.
