Eligibility Requirements
Site Engineer – Fire Protection (Maintenance)
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience.
- Strong technical understanding of fire protection and maintenance systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
Supervisor cum Driver – Project (Fire Alarm)
Candidates should have:
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Experience supervising fire alarm installation or project teams.
Supervisor cum Driver – Maintenance (Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting)
Applicants are expected to possess:
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant UAE maintenance experience.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Ability to supervise maintenance operations and technical teams.
Fire Alarm Technician cum Driver
Suitable candidates should have:
- Practical experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Relevant UAE technical experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Estimated Monthly Basic Salary
Although GISCO has not officially announced salary packages, estimated monthly basic salaries based on similar positions in the UAE are:
- Site Engineer – Fire Protection: AED 6,500 – 12,500
- Supervisor cum Driver – Project (Fire Alarm): AED 3,500 – 8,000
- Supervisor cum Driver – Maintenance: AED 3,500 – 8,000
- Fire Alarm Technician cum Driver: AED 2,800 – 5,800
Final compensation may vary depending on qualifications, certifications, and previous work experience. Eligible employees may also receive accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, annual leave, overtime payments, and end-of-service benefits according to company policy and UAE labour regulations.
