Key Responsibilities
Travel Consultant
- Assist customers with flight bookings, visa services, and travel arrangements.
- Recommend suitable travel packages based on customer preferences.
- Provide accurate travel information and itinerary planning.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
Holidays Consultant
- Design customized holiday packages for individuals, families, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends and destination offers.
Team Leader
- Lead and motivate the travel sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor daily sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and overall branch performance.
