Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail or hypermarket experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
