Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering or architectural discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, project supervision, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

General Eligibility

To be considered for these vacancies, candidates should:

• Be currently available in the UAE.
• Be ready for immediate joining whenever possible.
• Have experience in building construction supervision projects.
• Be willing to work at project locations across the UAE, including Hatta, Dubai for selected positions.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, selected candidates may be responsible for:

• Supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Reviewing drawings, technical documents, and contractor submissions.
• Conducting inspections and maintaining quality assurance standards.
• Monitoring project schedules and reporting progress.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Supporting successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

Estimated Salary (AED)

Expected monthly salary ranges may include:

• Senior Engineers: AED 18,000 – 28,000
• Senior Architect: AED 18,000 – 27,000
• Quantity Surveyor: AED 12,000 – 18,000
• Senior BIM Architect: AED 15,000 – 22,000
• Inspectors: AED 8,000 – 14,000
• Planning Engineer: AED 12,000 – 18,000

Final salary packages will depend on qualifications, project requirements, and professional experience.
