Estimated Monthly Basic Salary

Although Astra Engineering Group has not officially announced salary packages, estimated monthly basic salaries based on similar engineering roles in the UAE are:

• AED 4,000 – 15,000

Actual compensation may vary depending on qualifications, project experience, and company policies. Employees may also receive additional benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, end-of-service gratuity, visa sponsorship, and other allowances as per UAE labour regulations.
