𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

•  Engineering certification or a diploma in a relevant trade is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE’s Facilities Management sector, with demonstrated expertise in MEP operations and services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
•  Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management sector.
•  A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining (visit visa or cancelled visa, ready to start within 5–7 days)

Typical Responsibilities

• IT Supervisor: IT infrastructure leadership & team management experience
• IT Technician: Hardware, software & troubleshooting skills
• ELV Technician: CCTV, structured cabling & security systems experience
• UAE FM or construction sector experience preferred
