Job Requirements
MEP Technician / Team Leader / Supervisor
- ITI or Diploma certification in a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP experience.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant technical qualifications and project experience.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a project environment.
Office Boy
- Previous experience in office support or a similar role.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain office and pantry/meeting-room cleanliness.
- Ability to handle office deliveries, supplies and basic administrative support.
- Coffee preparation skills, including Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Turkish and Arabic coffee.
- Good Arabic coffee preparation skills are preferred.
