- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
- ย Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management sector.
- ย A valid UAE driverโs license is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining (visit visa or cancelled visa, ready to start within 5โ7 days)
Typical Responsibilities
- IT Supervisor: IT infrastructure leadership & team management experience
- IT Technician: Hardware, software & troubleshooting skills
- ELV Technician: CCTV, structured cabling & security systems experience
- UAE FM or construction sector experience preferred
