• Chef de Partie (Baker) – Baking expertise + bread/pastry production experience
• Chef de Partie – 3+ years experience + section management + food quality control
• Demi Chef de Partie – 2–3 years experience + assist CDP + food preparation skills
• Demi Chef de Partie (Pizza) – Pizza making + dough preparation + oven handling
• Commis 1 – Basic cooking experience + hygiene knowledge + fast learning ability
• Commis 2 – Entry-level kitchen support + food prep + willingness to learn
• Head Steward – Team management + kitchen cleaning operations + hygiene control
• Steward – Dishwashing + kitchen cleanliness + physically fit
