Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate may be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Providing accurate information about services and assisting clients with their requests.
- Recording customer interactions and maintaining updated records in the system.
- Resolving complaints professionally while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal departments to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Following company procedures and maintaining service quality standards.
- Managing multiple customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Supporting daily call center operations and achieving performance targets.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center role.
- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

Estimated Monthly Basic Salary
Although Sundus Global has not officially announced the salary package, the estimated monthly basic salary for similar positions in the UAE is:
- Call Center Agent / Customer Service Agent: AED 4,000 – 6,500 per month
