Key Responsibilities
- Multi-specialty polyclinic in Karama: patient acquisition and appointment bookings. • Luxury car dealership: lead generation and showroom conversions.
- Luxury watch business: influencer partnerships and e-commerce sales.
- Visa & travel services: online inquiries and walk-ins.- Manage organic and paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.- Utilize
- SEO, Google My Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI-based tools for precise targeting.- Analyze traffic, conversions, and ROI weekly; implement data-driven optimization.- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with conversion analytics.
- Create content calendars, Reels, and visuals tailored for engagement.- Improve Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
- 20% increase in total conversions and sales.- 10% monthly growth in qualified leads.- 15% reduction in CPL and CPA.- Minimum 2 viral campaigns per quarter.- SEO ranking improvement for all brand keywords.- Transparent reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Arabic Male Executive: – Fluent in Arabic and English.- Deep understanding of GCC audience and Arabic ad creatives.- Manage Arabic content and localized campaigns.
- Ind1anFemale Executive:- Fluent in English and Hindi.- Strong storytelling and content design ability.- Manage influencer collaborations and short-form video campaigns
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, or Communication.
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience in Dubai or GCC.
- Skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush), and AI-based tools.
- Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI automation for content.
- Proven results in sales-focused campaigns.
