Candidate Profile

The company is looking for professionals who have:

• Mandatory experience in FMCG sales.
• Hands-on experience in Traditional Trade and/or Modern Trade.
• A valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
• Good market knowledge and territory management skills.

Estimated Salary (AED)

Expected monthly salary ranges may include:

• Area Development Representative: AED 5,000 – 8,000 + Incentives
• Sales Supervisor: AED 8,000 – 12,000 + Performance Incentives

Actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
