Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications before applying:

• Opera PMS knowledge is mandatory for Reservation Agent and Front Office positions.
• Valid SIRA Certification is required for Security Guard applicants.
• Professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
