Job Position
- HR Coordinator

Recruiting & Onboarding
- Location : Dubai Industrial City, UAE
- This role is primarily focused on high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and visa processing, with secondary support to the HR Generalist as needed.
Key Responsibilities (Primary)
- RecruitmentManage end-to-end hiring – job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection
- Build talent pipelines for driving instructors and support staff
- Onboarding
- Issue offer letters & contracts
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Visa Processing
- Handle full employment visa process (MOHRE, GDRFA, medical, Emirates ID)
- Coordinate with PRO for timely processing
- Secondary Support (as needed)
- Maintain employee records
- Assist with payroll data (attendance, leave, new hires)
- Support employee queries (visa status, leave balance)
- Help with RTA permit tracking & employee engagement activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2–3 years UAE experience in recruitment & visa processing
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa/labor laws
- Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office & HR software
- High-volume hiring experience (50+ hires/month)
- Detail-oriented & deadline-driven
