- HR Officer
- Company Name – Aquaplex
- Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage payroll, leave, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
- Administer employee insurance and benefits
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience (UAE-based experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms
- UAE driving license preferred, not mandatory
