K4 Technical Services is inviting applications for the following positions:

1. Joinery Project Coordinator (5–7 Years Experience)
2. Joinery Production In-Charge (5–8 Years Experience)
3. Joinery Drafting Team Leader (7–10 Years Experience)
4. Joinery QC Inspector (3–5 Years Experience)

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for these positions, applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Previous UAE joinery manufacturing and interior fit-out experience.
• Experience working on luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.
• Relevant educational qualification related to the applied role.
• Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and quality standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.

Candidates with experience handling premium custom-made furniture and interior fit-out projects will have an added advantage.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Depending on the position, selected candidates may be involved in:

• Coordinating joinery projects from production to installation.
• Managing factory production schedules and workforce.
• Preparing and reviewing joinery shop drawings.
• Conducting quality inspections to ensure finished products meet project specifications.
• Coordinating with designers, engineers, clients, and installation teams.
• Monitoring production timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Resolving technical issues during manufacturing and project execution.
