1) Kitchen Designer

• Proven experience in retail design (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture showrooms), support role within the kitchens, cabinetry, or bespoke joinery industry.
• Client-facing presentation experience.
• Site supervision and installation follow-up experience
• Proficiency in Metron and/or Virtuo software.

2) Receptionist

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

3) Project Coordinator – Kitchens & Cabinetry

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar sales coordination or sales support role within the kitchens, cabinetry, or bespoke joinery industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a design-led, project-based sales environment.
• Familiarity with design documentation, such as CAD drawings, BOQs, specifications, and RFIs.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; a strong command of the MS Office Suite is essential.

4) Senior CAD Draftsman

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit (Required).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5) Executive Assistant

• 3 to 7+ years experience as a PA/EA supporting a senior leader (construction/design/real estate/hospitality preferred).
• Strong English with polished business writing; confident stakeholder communication.
• Advanced practical Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong attention to detail.
• High discretion and professionalism; trusted with confidential information.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is a plus.
