Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all group entities.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up.
• Handle offers, onboarding, and visa coordination.
• Build Emiratisation pipeline through Nafis.
• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE.
• Knowledge of MOHRE, visa, Emirates ID, and WPS.
• Experience in volume and blue-collar hiring.
• Emiratisation / Nafis experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Fluent English; Tagalog is an advantage.
