- Receptionist & Admin Coordinator
What You Will Do
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Respond to emails and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to HR and Admin teams with documentation and daily office tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor interactions, and logistics.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Well‑organized, presentable, and proactive personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
