- A prominent UAE organization with 13 well-established subsidiaries across Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, Joinery, and Care Services,
- Location: Abu Dhabi
Division: Waterproofing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities within the waterproofing sector
- Generate and follow up on leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the division
- Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with operations, project, and technical teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client database
Requirements:
- 3–5 years UAE experience in Waterproofing, Construction, or related field
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Immediate joiners preferred
