What You’ll Be Doing

As a Remote Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, supporting customers, and driving profitable sales growth across your assigned territory.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting strategic pre-call planning to understand customer requirements.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by recommending suitable packaging and processing solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B capital equipment sales.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to understand and explain packaging machinery applications and industrial process solutions.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer relationships.
  • Experience in packaging machinery, capital equipment, filling, labeling, Form-Fill-Seal, or related industrial technologies.
  • Engineering qualification or technical education is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, proposal preparation, reporting, presentations, LinkedIn, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to sell solution-based products within regulated industries such as food, dairy, and meat processing.
  • Proven experience working in multicultural and multinational business environments.
