Job Position
- Sales Manager (Remote)
Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote / Hybrid with regional travel)
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities with Tier-1 and Tier-2 clients.
- Building relationships with chain restaurants, hotels, catering companies, corporate dining providers, school cafeterias, and factory canteens.
- Promoting commercial cooking robots as innovative solutions for improving kitchen efficiency, reducing operational costs, and ensuring food consistency.
- Developing partnerships with commercial kitchen equipment distributors and hospitality consultants.
- Negotiating annual procurement contracts and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support product localization and business strategy.
- Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve regional sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Previous experience in commercial kitchen equipment, food-service software (SaaS), industrial automation, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Existing professional network within the hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or institutional dining sectors is a strong advantage.
- Candidates from the consumer electronics (3C) industry with strong B2B sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Mandarin or Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting and performance reporting.
- Willingness to travel across the region when required.

Estimated Salary (AED)

- AED 4,000 – AED 15,000 per month
