Requirement For All
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- 12+ years’ experience in mechanical systems, including minimum 6 years in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting systems
- Ability to read approved drawings & coordinate with Civil Defence/authority
- Leading on-site mechanical execution through testing & commissioning
- Supervising ductwork, piping, plumbing & firefighting installation
- Liaising with Civil Defence/authorities & supporting handover
Senior Electrical Engineer
- 12+ years’ experience in electrical systems, including minimum 6 years in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV cabling, panels & DB installation
- Ability to read approved drawings & coordinate DEWA/authority inspections
- Leading on-site electrical execution through testing & commissioning
- Supervising LV/MV cabling, containment & panel/DB installation
- Liaising with DEWA/authorities & supporting handover
Document Controller
- 5+ years’ experience in document control, including minimum 3 years in UAE construction/MEP projects
- Knowledge of Aconex, Oracle Unifier & Bentley will be a plus point
- Strong MS Office skills; organised with good attention to detail
- Managing drawings, submittals, RFIs & project correspondence
- Maintaining document registers, transmittals & revision control
- Coordinating with consultants & clients via project portals
Senior Store Keeper
- 5–7 years’ experience in storekeeping/warehouse handling, including minimum 3 years in the UAE
- Ability to receive & quality-check incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Proficiency in maintaining digital inventory & stock records systems
- Good organizational skills for safe, efficient store layout & material flow
- Receiving and quality-checking incoming shipments and material deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory systems
- Organizing store layout for safe and efficient movement of materials
- Coordinating with procurement & engineering teams on material requirements
