Job Requirements

1. STORE KEEPER

Experience Required

• 5–7 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE

Key Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience in storekeeping/warehouse handling, including minimum 3 years in the UAE
• Ability to receive and quality-check incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Proficiency in maintaining digital inventory and stock record systems
• Good organizational skills for safe, efficient store layout and material flow

Responsible For

• Receiving and quality-checking incoming shipments and material deliveries
• Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory systems
• Organizing store layout for safe and efficient movement of materials
• Coordinating with procurement and engineering teams on material requirements

2. SUPERVISOR – ALL TRADES

Experience Required

• 6–10 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE

Key Requirements

• 6–10 years’ experience in site supervision, including minimum 3 years in the UAE
• Hands-on trade background in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC works
• Ability to read approved drawings and coordinate daily site execution
• Strong focus on quality, safety and workforce/subcontractor coordination
• ITI certification or equivalent trade qualification preferred

Responsible For

• Supervising daily site execution across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC trades
• Ensuring installation work matches approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and material availability on site
• Reporting daily progress, quality and safety compliance to site management

3. ELECTRICIAN / PLUMBER / DUCTMAN

Experience Required

• 3–6 years of trade experience
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE

Key Requirements

• 3–6 years’ trade experience, including minimum 2 years in the UAE
• Working knowledge of relevant codes, safety standards and technical drawings
• Physical stamina to work on site, at height or in confined spaces

Responsible For

Electrician

• Installing electrical wiring, circuits and fixtures as per code

Plumber

• Installing piping, fixtures and water systems as per UAE standards

Ductman

• Fabricating and installing ductwork
• Ensuring proper insulation and sealing
• Reading technical drawings and following site safety protocols
