1) HSE Officer:

• 2–5 years of HSE experience
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices and UAE regulations

2) QA/QC Engineer:

• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience
• Background in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Strong knowledge of inspections, documentation, and quality standards

3) Cost Control Engineer:

• 4–8 years of experience in cost control
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting

4) Quantity Surveyor

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (Building Construction)

5) Planning Engineer

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (Building Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Monitor project progress and prepare delay analysis reports
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution
• Prepare look-ahead programs and progress reports
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in building construction projects
• Strong expertise in planning and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing

Note:

• Only candidates with building construction experience will be considered
• Infrastructure and fit-out experience will not be considered
