Key Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential customers and following up on sales leads
- Promoting telecom products and services professionally
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborating with team members to achieve business goals
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Previous telecom telesales experience is preferred
- Experience with DU or Etisalat products will be an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Preference will be given to candidates holding their own visa
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
