- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients and visitors.
- Ability to manage appointments, answer calls, and handle patient inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain front desk operations smoothly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic clinic management or booking software.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a patient-focused approach.
