Key Responsibilities

The selected Civil Engineer may be responsible for:

• Supervising day-to-day construction activities on project sites.
• Monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Managing site inspections and quality control procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Preparing technical reports and project documentation.
• Assisting in planning, scheduling, and project execution.
• Resolving engineering issues that arise during construction.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• G+1 Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval is mandatory.
• Valid Dubai Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Minimum three years of construction experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple project responsibilities.

Candidates who already possess local regulatory approvals and practical site experience will be well-positioned for this role.

Estimated Monthly Basic Salary

While Fidelity Building Contracting has not officially disclosed the salary package, the estimated monthly basic salary for similar Civil Engineer positions in Dubai is:

• Civil Engineer: AED 7,500 – 12,000 per month
