Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote)

Role Overview

This is an inbound-focused SaaS sales role where you’ll manage leads generated through product trials, customer enquiries, quotation requests, and RFPs. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, understanding customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, and converting qualified prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries across the EMEA region.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, urgency, and sales potential.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges.
  • Deliver engaging online product demonstrations.
  • Recommend suitable Digify solutions based on client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
  • Prepare quotations and support the sales process through closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to support product improvements.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • 2–3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a closing role.
  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based software to SMB or mid-market customers.
  • Strong lead qualification and opportunity management skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and sales prioritization abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting virtual product demonstrations.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional spoken and written English.
  • Experience selling across EMEA markets is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
