- Lounge Manager: AED 10,000 – 16,000
- Guest Relations Manager: AED 8,000 – 13,000
- Assistant Restaurant Manager: AED 7,000 – 11,000
- Head Waiter: AED 4,500 – 6,500
- Waiter / Waitress: AED 3,000 – 5,000
- Assistant Waiter: AED 2,500 – 3,800
- Sommelier: AED 7,000 – 12,000
- Head Bartender: AED 5,500 – 8,500
- Bartender: AED 3,500 – 6,000
- Barback: AED 2,500 – 3,800
- Head Hostess: AED 5,000 – 7,500
- Hostess: AED 3,500 – 5,500
- Sushi Sous Chef: AED 9,000 – 14,000
- Chef de Partie: AED 4,500 – 7,000
- Commis Chef: AED 2,800 – 4,500
