- Strong medical background to handle Submission, Resubmission, Reconciliation and preapprovals efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software/portals

- Atleast 5 years’ experience in a similar role is mandatory with atleast 1 year in a supervisory / lead role.
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes, coding (ICD-10, CPT), claims management, and healthcare authority regulations (DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH)
- Experience in dealing with TPAs, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
